Staying at this hotel was a great choice for our family vacation. The location was perfect for exploring Savannah, being close to the hustle and bustle of River St as well as the historic district and parks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of drawer space and electrical outlets. The service was above par, with all members of the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The dining experience was alright, though not exceptional. Overall, the value for money was good considering the excellent location and comfortable rooms.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable despite the view of a vacant lot with trash. The value for money was good, but there were some drawbacks like the strong smell of bleach and stingy supply of towels and toiletries. The walls were too thin, and the breakfast was basic, although the location was convenient for reaching attractions.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed, but there was a strange incident with a drunk person trying to get into our room. The view out to the river from the balcony was lovely. The service was incredible, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging a tour of Bonaventure cemetery. The location was perfect for walking to River Street shops, bars, and restaurants, away from the noise but still within a convenient distance. The dining mainly consisted of bacon, eggs, and grits, which were delicious but could have been hotter. The facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed during our stay.
